In cooperation with our hosting providers, we try to protect the databases as well as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or falsification.
We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.
By using this website, you agree to the collection, processing and use of data as described below. This website can generally be visited without registration. Data such as the pages called up or the name of the file called up, the date and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes, without this data being directly related to your person. We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law. In addition, we process personal data in accordance with the following legal bases in connection with Art. 6 Para. 1 GDPR - insofar as and insofar as the EU GDPR is applicable:
• lit. a) Processing of personal data with the consent of the person concerned.
• Letter b) Processing of personal data to fulfill a contract with the person concerned and to carry out corresponding pre-contractual measures.
• lit. c) Processing of personal data to fulfill a legal obligation to which we are subject under any applicable EU law or under any applicable law of a country in which the GDPR is fully or partially applicable.
• Letter d) Processing of personal data in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.
• lit. f) Processing of personal data in order to safeguard our legitimate interests or those of third parties, provided that the fundamental freedoms and fundamental rights and interests of the person concerned do not prevail. Legitimate interests are in particular our business interest in being able to provide our website, information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims and compliance with Swiss law.
We process personal data for the period necessary for the respective purpose or purposes. In the case of longer-lasting storage obligations due to legal and other obligations to which we are subject, we restrict processing accordingly.

 GOOGLE ADWORDS

This website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you have reached our website via an ad placed by Google, Google Adwords will set a cookie on your computer. The information collected by the cookie about the use of our website (including your IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been expanded to include the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" in order to ensure that IP addresses are recorded anonymously (so-called IP masking). If anonymization is active, Google shortens IP addresses within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, which means that no conclusions can be drawn about your identity. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google complies with the data protection provisions of the "Privacy Shield" agreement and is registered with the "Privacy Shield" program of the US Department of Commerce and uses the information collected to evaluate the use of our websites, to prepare reports for us regarding this and to provide other related services to us to provide. Plugins of the video portal Vimeo of Vimeo, LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA are integrated on this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by Google Analytics and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading the browser plug-in available under the following link and install:

NOTE REGARDING DATA TRANSFERS TO THE USA (UNITED STATES OF AMERICA)

For the sake of completeness, we would like to point out that US authorities have surveillance measures in place for users based in Switzerland, which generally enable the storage of all personal data from Switzerland that has been transmitted to the USA.
This is done without differentiation, limitation or exception based on the objectives pursued and without an objective criterion that allows the US authorities to access the data and their subsequent use to be limited to very specific, strictly limited purposes associated with access to to justify this data as well as interventions associated with its use. In addition, we would like to point out that there are no legal remedies in the USA for data subjects from Switzerland that would allow access to the data concerning you and to obtain their correction or deletion, resp. there is no effective legal protection against general access rights by US authorities. We explicitly draw the data subject's attention to this legal and factual situation in order to make an appropriately informed decision to consent to the use of his data.
We would like to point out to users residing in an EU member state that the USA does not have an adequate level of data protection from the point of view of the European Union.
